VIVIENDA SUELOS DE MOSAICO

- Tipología: Vivienda unifamiliar en bloque residencial (Proyecto de Reforma e Interiorismo).

Esta vivienda señorial objeto del presente proyecto, se emplaza en la tercera planta de un precioso edificio de estilo ecléctico del centro histórico de Valencia construido a finales del s. XIX. El citado edificio fue rehabilitado íntegramente por LLIBERÓS SALVADOR Arquitectos a finales de los años noventa, destacando la restauración de la fachada y del zaguán de acceso. Además de la presente vivienda también se han reformado las viviendas de las plantas primera y segunda, y un pequeño apartamento situado en el entresuelo.
Inicialmente la vivienda se encontraba muy deteriorada y en estado de abandono al llevar más de 30 años vacía. Se trata de una vivienda de enorme valor y potencial, no solo por el edificio al que pertenece y su céntrica ubicación urbana, sino también por la inmensa luminosidad de sus estancias y por su calidad material, destacando indiscutiblemente sus maravillosos suelos de mosaico Nolla.
El proyecto incluía la redistribución de las zonas de servicio de la vivienda, obteniendo una configuración mucho más actual y funcional, con una cocina más vinculada al comedor, un baño completo y un amplio dormitorio en suite con un segundo baño.
En cuanto al ejercicio de interiorismo, el objetivo principal consistía en enfatizar los valores mencionados de la vivienda, dándoles el protagonismo que merecen. Simplemente había que acertar en la elección del color de las paredes, colores claros y luminosos, y en el tipo de mobiliario y decoración, optándose por una tipología “vintage” y ligera muy acorde con el resto del conjunto, y que permitiera apreciar la calidad y el colorido de los mosaicos.

This stately housing, object of this project, is located on the third floor of a beautiful building of eclectic style in the historic center of Valencia, built at the end of century XIX. This building was completely rehabilitated by LLIBERÓS SALVADOR Architects at the end of the nineties, highlighting the restoration of the façade and the entrance hall. In addition to the present housing, the homes of the first and second floors, and the little apartment on the mezzanine floor have also been renovated.
Initially the house was badly damaged and in a state of neglect, and carrying more than 30 empty years. It is a house of great value and potential, not only for the building to which it belongs and its central urban location, but also by the immense luminosity of its rooms and its material quality, especially its wonderful floors of Nolla mosaic.
The project included the redistribution of the service areas of the house, obtaining a much more current and functional configuration, with a kitchen more linked to the dining room, a full bathroom and a large bedroom (suite) with a second bathroom.
As for the interior design exercise, the main objective was to emphasize the mentioned values of the house, giving them the attention they deserve. We just had to succeed in the election of the color of the walls, clear and luminous colors, and the type of furniture and decoration, opting for a lightweight "vintage" typology, in keeping with the rest of the set, and that would allow appreciate the quality and the colorful of the mosaics.
